Can I book online or do I need to call?

You can book online for boiler services and use our free boiler installation estimate tool through our website for your convenience. However, if you prefer to discuss your needs with Mike directly, simply give us a call on 07712 508313 or send an email with details of what you need. We're happy to work however suits you best.

For urgent issues or emergency breakdowns, we recommend calling directly so you can speak to Mike straight away. Do you offer emergency call-outs?

Yes, we do offer emergency repair services for boiler breakdowns. If you're not on one of our service plans, call us immediately on 07712 508313, and we'll do our best to help as quickly as possible. If you're on our Silver or Gold service plans, you'll have guaranteed 24-hour emergency call-outs with priority response. Emergency repairs are especially important in winter - don't hesitate to contact us if your boiler stops working.
