How often should I service my boiler?

We recommend an annual boiler service to keep your system running safely and efficiently. Regular servicing helps identify potential problems early, extends your boiler's lifespan, and maintains your warranty. Our service plans make it easy to schedule your annual check-up at a time that suits you.

Do you offer emergency repairs?

Yes. With our Silver or Gold service plans, you'll get 24-hour emergency call-outs whenever you need us. For non-plan customers, we also offer emergency repair services - just give Mike a call on 07712 508313, and we'll get your heating sorted as quickly as possible.

Can I spread the cost of a new boiler installation?

Absolutely. We offer Kanda Finance, which allows you to spread the cost of your new boiler across manageable monthly payments. This makes upgrading to a new, efficient system much more affordable. Contact us for a free estimate and to discuss finance options.

Do you only install Ideal Heating boilers?

We're accredited installers for Ideal Heating and can fit other brands too. This means you get expert advice on what's best for your home and budget, rather than being limited to one manufacturer. We'll discuss your options and help you choose a boiler that meets your needs and your pocket.
